Overall, it works fine, but I did notice it takes quite a while to fully charge. It’s not a huge deal if I plug it in overnight, but it would be nicer if it charged a little faster.

I was hoping to get a refund, but the return process took quite a while. Support did get back to me, but the replies were slow, and I don’t know, it just got a bit frustrating after a while.

"Easy and not a pain in the ass"
Used the site on my phone and it was smooth. Pages loaded fast, I found the earbuds I wanted without clicking through a bunch of annoying crap, and checkout didn’t have any weird stupid steps. The pics and colors were clear too. Overall, not a headache at all, I’d use it again.

"So... I’ve been using these Beats…"
So... I’ve been using these Beats with my Samsung they’ve been super easy. They paired really fast over Bluetooth, and the controls work just fine for both music and calls. I can even see the battery level on my phone, which is handy. I was a little worried they’d be more geared toward iPhone users, but they’ve been totally smooth on Android. Sound is good, the connection stays solid, and I’ve had no issues at all. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Fast fix, but I’m still a little suspicious"
They fixed my headphones way faster than I expected, which was great. it was almost too quick, so part of me is still wondering what exactly was wrong with them in the first place. But they’re working fine now, so I can’t really complain.

"So Comfy I Could Honestly Cry"
I got these Beats mostly for work calls and listening to music, but wow, the comfort is what completely won me over. They sit so nicely on my ears and don’t clamp down like some other headphones that make you feel like your head is being held hostage. I’ve worn them for hours at a time, and they still feel great. I also wear glasses, and somehow they don’t annoy me, which feels like a tiny miracle. The padding is super soft and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Sometimes I genuinely forget I even have them on. I’m really happy with them so far.

"Totally Legit and Super Happy With Them"
I ordered these from beatsbydre.com and everything was legit from start to finish. The box came sealed, the headphones looked completely brand new, and I didn’t notice a single mark or anything weird at all. The sound is great too, like I’ve been using them nonstop. Super happy with the purchase and haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

"easy controls and great for everyday use"
i mostly got these beats for the gym and taking work calls, the controls have been super easy to deal with. volume up and down, skipping tracks, all of it feels natural. i barely had to look at the guide. it took me maybe a day to get the button timing down, but after that it was fine. i really like that i’m not messing around with tiny awkward controls when i’m walking around or working out. simple, easy, and they work well for me

"Super easy to pair"
Picked up my Beats from beatsbydre.com pairing them with my iPhone was a breeze. The little pop-up showed up right away and they were connected in like 10 seconds, no fuss at all. Switching between my MacBook and iPad has been smooth too, which is clutch. I also like that the battery shows up in my widgets, super handy. Overall, I’m really happy with them.

"Simple, Reliable, and Easy to Use"
I mainly use the Beats app to check my earbuds’ battery and change a few settings, it’s been a really smooth experience. It connects quickly, and I’m happy I haven’t dealt with any random disconnects like I have with other apps. The layout is clean and easy to understand, and updates are simple to handle. I actually like that it doesn’t feel overloaded with unnecessary features. It just does what I need, and that makes using it feel easy and stress-free.

I’ve dropped these a bunch of times already, and somehow they’re still working totally fine with no cracks or anything. I was expecting at least some damage by now, so I’m happy with them. Seems like that’s a good sign, right?

I got my Beats last week and they’ve been great so far. The noise canceling is way better than I expected, it blocks out the train and random office chatter easily. Battery life seems solid too. Defintely happy I picked them up.

"Good for calls, but not great in noisy spots"
I’ve been happy with this mic overall. On regular calls, my voice comes through clearly and people usually don’t ask me to repeat myself, which is a big plus. It’s been totally fine for work meetings and quick voice notes. That said, it’s not amazing if there’s a lot of background noise around you, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. But for everyday use, it does the job well.

"Solid sound and worth it"
I got my Beats last week, the bass is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s deep without being muddy, which makes hip hop and gym playlists hit just right. Shipping was smooth too. I try not to hype stuff up unless it actually delivers, but these feel like a fair purchase and I’m happy with them so far. No complaints.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, and I was kind of worried people wouldn’t hear me clearly, especially outside. But I was actually really relieved after using it — people can hear me just fine, even when I’m outdoors. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a big difference...

"Super easy to connect"
I opened the case and my iPhone picked them up almost immediately, probably within about 10 seconds. There was no fiddling around or complicated setup, which I really appreciated. So far I’m happy with them and would probably recommend them if you want something simple and hassle-free.
